  • Event Cancellations: In case of event cancellation by BARCODE, the amount will be refunded or adjusted towards a future event booking.

  • Modification Requests: For booking modifications, contact us at least 24 hours prior to the event time.

  • No-show Policy: Guests who fail to show up for a reservation without prior notice will forfeit any paid amount.
